If there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be, working with a life change specialist will help you to bridge that gap.

I draw on a range of tools and techniques to enable you to make the change you want, including, life coaching, NLP, EFT, hypnotherapy, counselling and mindfulness (See about me).

There are many methods available which provide a model for change. I do not stick to one model, instead, work with you to find a way, or combination of ways, that work specifically for you as an individual.

Generally sessions loosely follow a model known as I-CAN-DO:


  • Investigate - Looking at your life and finding out whats important to you and how you want to change.
  • Current - Finding out where you are right now and your thought processes about your ability to change.
  • Aims - Identifying your aims and goals for change.
  • Number - Explore the range of ways that you can achieve change.
  • Date - Set realistic targets for change.
  • Outcome - Exploring how you will know when you have successfully achieved the change you want.


The model above is an attempt to show how the process could work, however I am not a fan of rigidly sticking to academic models and instead work with you instinctively, and will move with you, supporting you at each step of the change process.

Cost of sessions:

Appointments take place in my therapy room at Bluecoat Sports & Fitness Club, Christs Hospital, Horsham. RH13 0YB. and cost £50 a session (Sessions usually last approximately 1 hour)

Alternatively I am happy to visit your own home and can offer a reduced rate of £35 a session (Sessions usually last approximately 1 hour)

Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time are charged at 50% of the full cost.
